CTL Room Booking Form

This form is for requesting to book CTL-based rooms for CTL-related meetings or events. Requests must be submitted by CTL staff or faculty (students submitting a booking request on behalf of CTL faculty must provide the faculty member's authorization message to ctlroombookings@utoronto.ca).

Room booking is a manual process and may take up to 2 business days to complete.

Below is a table listing the nine (9) CTL-based rooms available for requests. To check what rooms are available, please review the OISE Room Schedule (managed by LSM), then choose a suitable CTL-based room from the options in the 'Room' field of this form.

If a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message from noreply@formresponse.com If a booking is not possible (room not available), you will receive a notification message to that effect, or a message with alternate suggestions, from ctlroombookings@utoronto.ca.

Important:
Submission of this form does not guarantee a booking.

Non-CTL-based spaces are owned and booked by other departments. If you have a question about a Non-CTL-based space, you may send a message to ctlroombookings@utoronto.ca to receive details on how you can request a booking.
