Notice of Intent: Research Funding Applications & Agreements

This form is available to all CTL faculty intending to apply to research funding opportunities or enter into a funded or non-funded research agreement. This form will act as the first step to declare your intention to engage in external research activities and will capture any pertinent information about the research funding opportunity or agreement. As each research funding opportunity has a unique timeline and structure, completing this form will allow CTL staff and ADRII to better understand how we can support you and your research team with your application package or agreement.

Important Note:
Please note that it is important to complete this form as early as possible in the application or agreement process to ensure that CTL and ADRII have adequate time to review any application or agreement materials. If you are engaging in a research funding opportunity, kindly note that you must provide a draft of your budget and budget justification before internal submission so that CTL staff can review it to ensure that it complies with departmental policies. When completing the form, you will be directed to answer a few prompts and questions and comment on any specific support you require.
